Refund policy

Each Passionate Women Mail Club mailing is created and prepared especially for our subscribers, so payments are nonrefundable once your mailing is in production or has shipped. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation does not refund previous payments. If your mailing arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can help with a replacement or another appropriate resolution. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
